Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking an Accounting & Financial System Analyst II to support the Manager of Financial Reporting and Analytics on SAP projects and accounting process improvements. You will assist with month-end processing, financial reporting, and internal expert areas like Brand Funding.

The role requires strong Excel, SAP FI-GL/FI-CO, SQL, HANA, and Tableau skills, plus problem solving and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Expert in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP FI-GL and FI-CO.
• Experience with SQL, HANA, and Tableau.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carries outroutine financial accounting processes including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations.
• Compiles and creates Accounting and Finance reports and maintains existing reports to support business needs
• Assist management on project work, process development, and process improvement opportunities
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and year-end profitability reporting and variance analysis by collecting, reviewing business performance and financial information; summarizing financial status
• Accounting and Finance subject matter expert for special projects outside of Finance in coordination with other functions across the organization
