Job summary

Community Health and Dental Care, Inc. in Pottstown, PA, seeks a Strategic Coordinator to support the Strategic Leadership Team. The role focuses on shaping the organization’s business strategy, developing implementation plans, and evaluating performance under the CEO’s direction.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of senior management experience, preferably in healthcare, and project management experience is a plus. Attendance at CHDC sites is required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet project launch goals (timing, quality, client satisfaction) as outlined in the strategic plan.
• Define and analyze problems; prepare analyses in policy review and development, process improvement, and related reports.
• Assist CEO with Board responsibilities; coordinate/manage CEO schedule; serve as primary minute taker for Strategic Leadership meetings and Board meetings.
• Assist in Federal reporting and grant applications as needed.
• Foster, develop and manage partner relationships; prioritize multiple requests.
• Gather, understand, and integrate community initiatives as directed by the CEO.
• Collaborate with external and internal design teams on creative development.
• Coordinate subtasks with internal and external teams across projects.
• Manage internal and external communications on project statuses.
• Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
• Act as a liaison across departments to ensure team alignment and remove roadblocks.
