Job summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation in Kentucky seeks an Executive Director to lead clinical, operational, and business operations, driving growth and ensuring high-quality care.

The ED will oversee census, staffing, compliance, budgeting, and the rollout of marketing strategies, reporting to the COO, and partnering with corporate leadership. The role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and a track record in healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in healthcare or rehabilitation
• Experience with ABI populations
• Proven leadership in clinical operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and person-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all departments and ensure operations align with the organization's mission, values, and goals.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for persons served and their families.
• Serve as a liaison between the facility and corporate leadership.
• Lead the execution of the facility's strategic 2-year plan in partnership with the COO.
