Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role in a related field.
• 5+ years in behavioral health operations with supervisory experience.
• P&L responsibilities over service lines/departments.
• Independent clinical licensure in CA (LPCC, LMFT, LWSW) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departments to ensure efficient operations and high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Implement and manage programs that foster quality and service excellence.
• Contribute to strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
• Serve as acting facility leader in the absence of the CEO.
• Assist the CEO in developing and executing strategies and processes.
• Lead departmental staff including recruitment, development, training, and performance management.
• Assist in budget management to keep departments within financial limits.
• Analyze operational processes to align with business objectives and patient care needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
