Carcoustics is seeking a hands-on Controlling and Accounting Manager in Buford, GA to oversee all financial controlling and accounting activities, ensure compliance, and act as a business partner to operations and senior management.

You will lead a small team, manage IFRS/local GAAP reporting, cost accounting, and investment controlling, while driving continuous improvements across finance processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling and accounting within the manufacturing industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP, tax law, and cost accounting.
• ERP systems experience (preferably SAP), reporting tools (Lucanet).
• Hands-on mentality with ability to engage in operational details and drive improvements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the full financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing according to IFRS/local GAAP, German GAAP and Chinese GAAP.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of general ledger, payables/receivables, fixed assets, and payroll.
• Lead monthly reporting in SAP and Lucanet with deviation analyses.
• Present results to management with recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Maintain bi-weekly liquidity forecasts for financial stability.
• Drive cost center accounting and product costing, including internal allocations.
• Support investment planning and approvals with DCF analyses and capacity reviews.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Identify process improvements to enhance transparency and cost control.
• Lead and develop a small team of accountants.
