Job summary

Amcor seeks a Controlling and Accounting Manager to partner with functional leaders and manage corporate cost centers from Evansville (IN) or Oshkosh (WI), ensuring cost control and accurate accounting. This full-time role drives budgeting, forecasting, and US GAAP compliance while aligning with corporate goals.

You will lead finance business partnering, develop insights to optimize spend, and mentor a team across shared services, with close collaboration to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA/CA preferred.
• 7+ years in finance with accounting, controlling and monthly close.
• Strong US GAAP and internal controls experience.
• Leadership or people management experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate cost performance by monitoring spend vs. budget and forecast.
• Lead monthly forecast and reporting process.
• Provide cost analyses and insights for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate planning cycle with leaders and shared services.
• Support cash flow forecasting and budgeting for US entities.
