The successful candidate will have 7+ years in manufacturing finance, a finance or accounting degree (MBA/CPA/CMA a plus), and strong IT skills including Excel, SAP, and HFM.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance (manufacturing).
• Bachelor's in finance or accounting; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial lead on the plant's leadership team.
• Own the organization, direction, and controls of all plant accounting and finance functions.
• Provide training on financial systems and processes to maintain high controllership.
