Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Controlling and Accounting Manager to oversee corporate cost centers, ensuring accurate cost control and accounting. You will partner with SMT and functional leaders, manage budget adherence, and support planning and forecasting across US entities.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of working experience in finance, with hands-on involvement in accounting, controlling and monthly end-to-end reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or Accounting.
• Accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Has people management, line management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Consolidation and FP&A.
• HFM experience strongly preferred / SAP FI/CO an advantage.
• Strong Excel knowledge required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Cost controlling and Finance Business Partnering with functional leaders and SMT members.
• Monthly forecast and closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting for US entities; support global consolidation.
• Coordinate planning/OP cycle and develop reports/templates for budget, forecast and data loads.
• Lead project-related financial analysis and budgeting, including CAPEX.
