Job summary

Ibaset is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead all accounting operations for a high-growth Aerospace & Defense SaaS company. You will own financial reporting, internal controls, and close processes across global entities, guiding the scale from $60M ARR toward $150M+ while ensuring US GAAP compliance and multi-currency consolidation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification.
• 10–15+ years progressive accounting experience, incl. controller-level.
• Experience scaling finance in SaaS/technology with rapid growth.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge incl ASC 606, ASC 350-40, ASC 718, ASC 842.
• Global/multi-entity accounting with multi-currency consolidation.
• Gov contracting experience (FAR/DFARS) and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across global entities.
• Prepare consolidated statements under US GAAP incl ASC 606 for SaaS.
• Manage multi-currency consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Lead annual audit and build readiness for IPO or liquidity events.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, equity, and revenue.
• Design and mature SOX-aligned controls; ensure ITAR/DFARS compliance.
• Oversee international expansion finance and intercompany structuring.
