Confidential Careers is seeking a strategic, hands-on Controller to lead finance operations in a high-growth, multi-entity environment. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape accounting policies, drive consolidation, and partner with executive leadership during acquisitions and growth.

Ideal candidate brings 10+ years of accounting leadership, CPA preferred, and a track record building scalable finance organizations in private equity-backed settings. Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in accounting.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-site organizations.
• Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth or acquisition-driven environments.
• M&A integration experience desirable.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong executive presence with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations across multiple business units and locations.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Direct consolidated financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
• Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and policies.
• Mentor Controllers and accounting leaders across the organization.
• Lead financial integration related to acquisitions and systems.
• Establish scalable accounting policies and internal controls across entities.
• Manage external audits and relationships.
• Drive ERP optimization and continuous process improvements.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
