Priority Tax Relief, based in Dedham, MA, seeks a strategic Controller to lead corporate finance, scale accounting operations, and implement robust controls. You will modernize workflows, forecast finances, and translate data into actionable insights for executives.

The role requires a CPA or MBA and 10+ years in accounting/finance, with 5+ years in a Controller capacity. You will supervise teams across locations and ensure rigorous compliance in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, with 5+ years in a Controller role
• Experience building/scaling accounting departments in multi-site environments
• Deep GAAP expertise, financial modeling, expense tracking, and cash flow management
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to present insights to executives

Responsibilities

• Own financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheets)
• Oversee expense management across locations and debt covenants
• Manage payroll tools and internal accounting workflows
• Implement internal controls and ensure tax/compliance across jurisdictions
