Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a Controller or senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of residential service business models like flat-rate pricing and job costing.
• Excellent communicator, self-starter, and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, job costing, and month-end close.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with leadership on budgeting and strategic financial decisions.
