Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Prior Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior accounting role.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or service-based industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, payroll, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
