We’re seeking a seasoned Controller who’s not only a numbers expert but also passionate about operations, accuracy, and building scalable systems that support rapid growth. This role reports directly to the General Manager and Corporate Controller and plays a key part in driving profitability, accountability, and financial excellence across the organization. For this position, we are seeking someone who is highly proficient using Service Titan.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with Service Titan and Sage Intacct – required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a Controller or senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of residential service business models (flat‑rate pricing, job costing, departmental P&Ls).
- Skilled in process improvement, cost containment, and financial analysis.
- Tech‑savvy with strong Excel and reporting system expertise.
- Excellent communicator, self‑starter, and forward‑thinker who thrives in a collaborative culture.
- Must pass background and MVR check; on‑site role in Denver, CO.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, job costing, and month‑end close.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial decisions.
- Maintain and continuously improve internal controls and accounting processes.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and advise on revenue growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
