Job summary

Responsibilities include leading accounting teams, managing financial planning, budgeting, and close processes, while implementing process improvements and new systems

Qualifications

• CPA designation or active candidacy strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in Commercial and/or Hospitality Real Estate preferred.
• Proficiency in Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hospitality and Commercial Property accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Partner with operations, sales, and leasing teams to implement processes that improve operating performance.
• Provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making and strengthen controls.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and optimize financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
