Job summary

Requirements include 5–7 years in accounting, NetSuite ERP expertise, CPA, and a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; candidates should reside in the Charlotte area for in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in progressive accounting/finance roles.
• NetSuite ERP hands-on experience.
• CPA certification and Bachelor's degree.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Residence in the greater Charlotte area required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, payroll, and cash flow.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and GAAP policies.
• Foster a high-performing remote work culture.
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership.
• Manage compliance, tax filings, and external audits.
• Optimize NetSuite ERP for workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to align financial systems.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
