Wilcox + Flegel is seeking an analytical and driven Controller to join our team of rockstars! The Controller will own GAAP reporting, internal controls, and the NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring accurate financial statements and tax compliance across multiple states.

This senior role partners with leadership to drive performance and strategic growth. Minimum 7+ years in accounting with CPA; ability to lead a growing function, manage audits, and provide technical accounting guidance is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification required or in progress.
• 7+ years accounting experience, with leadership roles.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience, NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with multi-location, multi-entity close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-/quarter-/year-end close with internal controls and process improvements.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports with variance analysis.
• Oversee NetSuite ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage external audits, tax workpapers, and multi-state tax compliance.
• Develop policies, KPIs, and financial dashboards for senior leadership.
