Job summary

SystemsAccountants seeks a hands-on Controller to lead financial operations in a growing manufacturing environment. The role reports to the Head of Finance and will manage day-to-day accounting, strengthen controls, and drive the NetSuite ERP implementation.

The ideal candidate will build scalable processes, improve reporting, and collaborate with Operations to optimize inventory costing and manufacturing variances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent mix.
• Experience leading month-end close and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Lead NetSuite implementation, design future-state workflows and controls.
• Coordinate audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Partner with operations to improve costing and inventory accuracy.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analyses.
