Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of Controller experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Expertise in intercompany transactions and treasury operations.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems.
• Proven stability and tenure in prior roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting across 30+ entities
• Manage treasury operations including intercompany transactions and banking structures
• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and accuracy of financial statements
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting and finance functions
• Provide hands-on support to alleviate back-office workload and improve efficiency
