Jobot is seeking an experienced Controller in Denver to oversee accounting operations across multiple entities and report to senior finance leadership. The role leads financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, and intercompany accounting while building and developing a high-performing accounting team.

The ideal candidate has 8-12+ years in corporate accounting, with CPA/CPA-track or MBA preferred, and strong Excel and Dynamics Great Plains experience.

Formación

• 8-12+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing direct reports.
• Strong experience with multi-entity consolidations, intercompany accounting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems knowledge.
• Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage consolidated financial statements, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting in partnership with department leaders.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate intercompany billing, shared services, and annual tax preparation support.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
