Jobot seeks a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, HR, and financial operations for a growing group of five entities in Low Voltage, Construction infrastructure, VOIP and related lines. This role focuses on financial reporting, cash flow, job costing, and internal controls, partnering with leadership to drive profitability and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Construction or service-contracting based accounting experience.
• Experience managing accounting functions for multiple entities.
• 7+ years with QuickBooks Online.
• Hands-on experience with AIA Billing, AR, AP, Job Costing, WIP, Revenue Recognition, Certified Payroll, Contracts, Subcontractor Administration, Intercompany Accounting, Insurance Administration, Multi-State Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, HR and financial operations for five entities.
• Oversee AIA billing, AR aging, collections, and cash flow.
• Manage job costing, revenue recognition and WIP reporting.
• Coordinate payroll for 65+ employees and benefits.
• Ensure vendor management, contract administration and compliance.
