Job summary

TriSource in the United States is seeking a detail‑driven Controller who owns the close and consolidations across domestic and international entities. You will manage month‑end close, balance sheet integrity, intercompany activity, and strong internal controls while staying close enough to the numbers to guide the business.

As a leader, you’ll build scalable processes, mentor the finance team, partner with executives on financial insight, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Proven experience leading month-end close in multi-entity environment.
• Experience with intercompany accounting, consolidations, and multi-currency considerations.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting across entities.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-entity month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidations.
• Identify and resolve balance sheet issues and drive close process accountability.
• Develop scalable accounting processes and controls for growth.
• Mentor and develop accounting team; partner with execs for financial insight.
