Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA designation required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams; public sector/government experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting operations.
• Oversee preparation of ACFR, annual audit, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GASB, internal controls and applicable regulations.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic recommendations with leadership.
• Develop and mentor finance staff while driving continuous improvement.
