Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of a large-scale food manufacturing site in the Atlanta region. This on-site role partners with the Plant Manager and leadership teams across production, warehouse, and procurement to drive profitability, cost control and operational performance.

Responsibilities include site budgeting and rolling forecasts, cost accounting, inventory oversight, capex evaluation and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Significant progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting a large-scale food manufacturing operation is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience as a Plant Controller, Site Controller, Manufacturing Controller, Cost Accounting Manager or similar.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Experience with ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Provide financial insight to production, warehousing, and supply chain leadership.
• Analyze cost drivers and variances to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory management and product costing.
• Support capex evaluation and financial controls across the site.
