Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead the month-end close and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare financial reporting and presentations for executive leadership.
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to provide insights that support business decisions.
• Maintain strong accounting processes, internal controls, and GAAP compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and efficiencies.
