Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficient with cloud-based accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations and accounting.
• Oversee month-end close and journal entries.
• Improve systems and processes; implement corrective actions.
• Develop staff through training and goal setting.
• Prepare financial statements for senior leaders and owners.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with other departments on finance-related projects.
• Organize fixed assets and implement an inventory system.
