Jobot is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning across the organization. The role will drive sustainable growth, manage complex accounting functions, and support senior leadership with data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have CPA and 10+ years in accounting, with 5+ years in leadership, plus familiarity with healthcare or clinical settings, and strong expertise in payroll, budgeting, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years in accounting or finance, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Healthcare or clinical environments experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in financial systems, data analysis, and compliance frameworks.
• Skilled in managing payroll, budgeting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small but growing accounting team.
• Manage financial reporting, cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning and growth initiatives.
• Implement scalable financial policies, streamline payroll and AP/AR functions.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis for stakeholders.
• Support external audits and maintain positive relationships with vendors, banks, and advisors.
