Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Prior healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting and cash flow management processes.
