Job summary

Mile Marker seeks a Senior Director, Controller to own the integrity of financial reporting, accounting operations, and the control environment. This hands-on leadership role will run the close, strengthen internal controls, and partner with the CFO, lenders, and PE sponsor.

You will oversee GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, treasury and cash management, and M&A diligence, ensuring accurate reporting, audits, and timely board commentary.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA with GAAP expertise and strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• MBA degree a plus for strategic finance and leadership roles.
• Experience in private-equity-backed or leveraged environments with covenant reporting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close process with fast, accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Lead GAAP financials, audit coordination, and internal controls (SOX-lite).
• Oversee treasury, cash forecasting, and working capital management.
