Job summary

SI Professional Search LLC in Apex, NC seeks an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function for a growing multi-location organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role owns month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, and operational partnering across business units.

You will drive acquisition accounting, standardize policies, integrate acquired entities, and build a best-in-class team proficient with ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Controller experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop accounting teams.
• Significant M&A accounting and post-acquisition integration experience.
• ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting organization and establish a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes; ensure timely, accurate statements.
• Coordinate external audit, tax, and other accounting activities.
• Standardize accounting policies, reporting, processes, and controls across locations and acquisitions.
