Job summary

Deer Park Roofing, Inc. seeks a hands-on Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations for the organization in Cincinnati, OH.

Reporting to the Business President, you will partner with leadership to drive financial discipline, ensure GAAP compliance, and support growth for multiple locations. The role oversees month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development while driving ERP transformation initiatives under Project One Roof.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in construction accounting, including job costing and POC.
• Proven ERP implementation, conversion, or system upgrade experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll, purchasing, and financial operations.
• Experience in multi-entity or regionally structured organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare timely financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Provide variance analysis and performance reporting to leadership.
