Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Prior Controller experience within a government contracting environment.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, DCAA compliance, and government contract accounting.
• Experience with government contracting ERP systems like Deltek Costpoint or JAMIS.

Responsibilities

• Direct all accounting operations including general ledger, AP, payroll, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of 10–12 accounting professionals.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.
