Job summary

Talaria Jet, a private jet transportation company in the United States, seeks an experienced Controller to partner with the CFO and management team. You will oversee daily accounting, monthly closing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while guiding cost management and internal controls.

You will supervise the accounting staff, collaborate with external auditors, and provide timely financial information to support strategic decisions in a dynamic growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with payroll and HR processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Leadership and integrity in managing finance staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of budgets and financial forecasts for Talaria Jet and related entities as needed.
• Prepare weekly Flash report.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, monthly cash flow, and other reporting as requested.
• Oversee daily tasks including cash management, AR, AP, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements, including tax filings.
