Job summary

Tiberius Aerospace Inc. is seeking a hands-on Assistant Controller to build and scale the accounting function in a fast-growing hardware business. You’ll own monthly close, ledger integrity, and financial reporting while enhancing policies and controls.

Reporting to the VP of Finance / Controller, you will collaborate across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to ensure timely decision support and audit readiness, with a clear progression toward Controller within quarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including in fast-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead key components of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and close deliverables.
• Develop and strengthen accounting policies and internal controls.
