Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Deep experience in professional services finance and project accounting.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting and financial management, advising ownership and senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and dashboards.
• Analyze project profitability, WIP, utilization, and billing cycles.
• Oversee Deltek Ajera setup, reporting, and data integrity.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Present financial results to non-financial stakeholders.
