Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience, ideally within architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting and professional services billing.
• Experience with government or agency reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including financial systems management.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to leadership.
• Manage cash flow and financial forecasting.
