Job summary

Allen Supply, LLC is seeking a hands-on Controller to own accounting operations and build the finance function. You will lead the monthly close, manage balance sheet and cash, and drive ERP selection and implementation across multiple sites.

The role reports to the CFO and involves coordinating with PE sponsors, performing PBCs, and ensuring GAAP compliance while scaling processes for future acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred for seniority and leadership.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and leadership reports.
• Own balance sheet, cash management, and lender reporting.
