Job summary

You will oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and month/quarter‑end closes, while enhancing controls, policies, and financial systems across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in senior accounting or finance roles.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency across core functions.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP or financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support accounting functions including General Accounting, A/P, A/R, Cost Accounting, and local controlling teams.
• Oversee month‑end and quarter‑end close processes and preparation of financial statements.
• Develop and refine reporting tools and dashboards for decision making.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and ensure timely completion.
• Partner with operations to evaluate cost‑related initiatives and make‑versus‑buy decisions.
