Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years' experience in senior accounting/finance role.
• Strong technical accounting skills across all areas.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel; knowledge of Great Plains, MS Dynamics, TM1.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager and leaders to drive finance processes.
• Oversee accounting, AP/AR, cost accounting, and local controlling teams.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly pacing with corporate alignment.
• Ensure accurate monthly close and journal entries; consolidate reports.
