Medico-Mart, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Controller to oversee financial, administrative, sales, and operations support across the organization.

This hands-on role interacts with multiple departments to ensure reliable processes and timely reporting in a vaccine distribution environment. The ideal candidate has a CPA-leaning accounting background with at least 3 years of experience, strong Excel and ERP/CRM proficiency, and excellent communication and analytical skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years in accounting, finance, administration or related role.
• Strong organizational, follow-through and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work across departments (sales, operations, purchasing, accounting).
• Comfortable preparing reports, schedules and analyses for sales activity, inventory and purchasing.
• Proficiency with Excel and business systems (ERP/CRM).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail, discretion and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative, accounting, sales, purchasing and operations activities in a vaccine distribution environment.
• Prepare reports, schedules and analyses to support sales, inventory, purchasing and management review.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve bottlenecks and keep priorities moving.
• Assist with process improvements, documentation, workflows and inter-department communication.
• Coordinate with outside advisors on tax, audit, insurance, banking and compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow review and planning activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
