Job summary

FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, Inc is seeking an accomplished Controller to strengthen accounting rigor and enable accurate forecasting and reporting in Madison, WI. You will oversee AR, AP, inventory, and other transactional functions and lead a finance team.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and ERP/SAP experience; CPA or CMA is preferred. This role collaborates with multiple FUJIFILM units and reports to the VP of Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA or CMA and/or advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong MS Excel skills and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of accounting operations, financial systems, and monthly close process.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads to align goals.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AR, AP, inventory and fixed assets.
• Collaborate with internal customers across FUJIFILM business units; guide the finance team.
