Job summary

FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Controller to strengthen our accounting rigor and enable accurate forecasting and reporting.

You will oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and other transactional functions with a focus on scalability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring organisation, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement and provide guidance to the finance team across the business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Public biotech/pharma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of accounting operations and monthly close processes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in strict GAAP.
• Oversee AR, AP, fixed assets, and SAP-based accounting systems.
• Develop financial models and tools to consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess performance against budget and profitability objectives.
