Expected base salary range is $185,000 to $225,000 per year. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in leadership, deep knowledge of standards, reporting, and treasury activities, and proven ability to align finance with business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/business administration or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and corporate finance practices.
• Experience managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury activities.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting functions by aligning financial priorities with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Oversee financial reporting close processes and accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Direct cash management forecasting and capital planning activities to support operational and investment decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities and provide financial guidance on key initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability and overall financial performance.
