Job summary

Behavioral Health seeks a Controller to lead financial operations, owning the close, reporting, policies, and internal controls while guiding the accounting and revenue-cycle teams. The role partners with the CFO to convert data into actionable insights and ensure compliance across Medicaid-funded and regulated services.

You will oversee audits, tax, treasury, and vendor payments, manage scalable processes, and mentor staff, fostering integrity and high ethical standards in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA/CMA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Healthcare/regulated service experience preferred and GAAP expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Lead audits, tax, treasury, A/P, revenue cycle, and financial systems activities.
• Develop and coach the accounting and revenue-cycle team; report to CFO.
