Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our Accounting + Finance team onsite in Massachusetts. The role oversees all accounts, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely information.

You will lead the accounting team, manage audits, and drive financial strategy. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (Master's or CPA desirable) and 5+ years in senior finance roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate all audit activities.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting with a reliable projection process.
• Optimize banking relationships and cash positions.
• Oversee budgeting and monitor progress with internal/external financial metrics.
• Manage invested assets per policies.
• Lead accounting team to adhere to regulations.
• Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports and cash flow.
• Report on financial performance for leadership reviews.
• Monitor debt levels and covenants compliance.
