Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA or CPA desirable.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance leadership roles.
• Experience with monthly reporting and financial statements.
• Proficient with CDK Software and Reynolds and Reynolds systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly reports, financial statements, and cash flow projections for management and the board.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and financial statements.
• Manage use of CDK Software in financial operations.
• Implement and manage bonus plans to incentivize staff.
• Oversee financial operations of two rooftops; drive efficiency and profitability.
• Work with the Reynolds and Reynolds system to manage dealership operations.
• Collaborate across departments to improve financial performance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze data for decisions.
