Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting in alignment with GAAP and FAR requirements. You will oversee the close process, internal controls, and annual audits, while partnering with FP&A, operations, and executive leadership to support strategic decisions.

The role drives AI initiatives for system optimization. You will mentor the accounting team, ensure accurate financials, and maintain governance standards across multi-segment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required).
• 10+ years of accounting experience including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Oracle Cloud experience a plus (ERP fully implemented).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-segment accounting functions and leadership.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting processes.
• Partner with Operations and FP&A for operational financial reporting.
• Strengthen controls frameworks for governance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with AI team to optimize systems and processes.
• Conduct monthly business line financial and operational reviews.
• Manage reconciliations, journal entries and financial statements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies.
• Ensure GAAP/FAR compliance and policy adherence.
• Develop and coach the accounting team; promote accountability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve processes.
