Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a senior Intercompany Accountant to support cross-divisional intercompany activities in the PBNA region. The role involves reconciling partner accounts, preparing journal entries, and driving process improvements across domestic and international teams.

Hybrid role based in Purchase, NY or Plano, TX with a focus on timely closes and strong controls. Requires CPA or progress toward CPA and 3+ years in accounting, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA required (or at least 2 exams passed).
• 3+ years of accounting or related experience.
• U.S. work authorization only.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support for cross divisional Intercompany relationships domestically and internationally.
• Perform and review periodic account reconciliations with inter and intracompany trading partners and manage settlements for intercompany accounts.
• Prepare period-end cross charge journal entries.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and execute on implementation efforts.
• Partner with the field and relevant business partners to ensure intercompany tasks/activities are completed and issues are resolved timely.
• Support and participate in ad hoc projects and requests from other cross functional partners where intercompany is involved.
• Ensure key controls are performed and operating effectively.
