Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Control & Reporting Associate Manager in Arlington, TX. This role drives the close processes, maintains G/L integrity, and leads internal controls across PGCS NA, including a 75+ million dollar inventory portfolio.

You will manage a team and partner with NASC leadership to advance the control and reporting agenda. The role requires 8+ years in financial control, a finance degree (with CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred), and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial control and accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution centre environments.
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely close processes for domestic and international (Mexico) entities.
• Maintain Integrity of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and inter-company accounts receivable.
• Lead the internal control environment and drive the control agenda for PGCS NA.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure processes comply with control procedures.
• Lead quarterly balance sheet reviews and account reconciliations.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training and retention of the PGCS NA Control and Reporting team.
