Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in risk/control, banking or capital markets.
• Three years cross-functional teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Ability to influence, present to all levels and move projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Drive process and control improvement by providing timely feedback to business partners across the segment.
• Review process maps, procedures, and control design language to inform feedback on risk and process enhancements.
• Identify and communicate applicable risks to partners, reach consensus, and facilitate change.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and automation to strengthen processes and efficiency.
• Maintain understanding of institutional services product offerings, processes, and regulatory criteria.
• Manage several workstreams, balance priorities, and provide status updates regularly.
• Promote a belonging environment and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
